The Ocean County Academy of Teaching and Learning is pleased to announce this year’s professional development series, which will focus on supporting the development and implementation of the new Ocean County curricular guides, particularly English/Language Arts (ELA) and Math. Please send representatives from your district to each workshop on the dates specified below to further the collaboration within the county.  

Participants should visit www.southjerseyacademy.com, where they can become a member for free and register for the event(s).

All workshops will run 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Please pack a bag lunch, snack and drink

 Please bring a laptop to the Ethel A. Jacobsen workshops, if available, as well as the items listed below.

 All district representatives should bring a flash drive, textbooks/other district resources to aid in the development of unit lessons and copies of the county curriculum for their grade level(s), where applicable.

and/or inclement weather.  Meetings canceled due to severe weather

will be rescheduled for a later date.**
