1) Professional Development Goals:

By participating in professional development programs held by the Camden County Academy for Teaching and Learning (CCATL) I will:

·        Increase subject matter knowledge and learn effective lesson plan design

·        Become familiar with the latest educational ideas and innovations

·        Develop strategies to create learning experiences that make subject matter meaningful for students and improve student performance

·        Learn effective verbal, nonverbal, and digital techniques which foster individual and collective inquiry

·        Participate in roundtable discussions with educational leaders

2) Measures of Success:

·        Professional development hour certificates documenting staff development participation.
